Growing up in sunny South Florida, I've spent my summers with the sun on my face and my toes in the sand. I graduated from Florida International University where I pursued a degree in Nutrition and Dietetics. Shortly after, I moved to the Gulf Coast where I've started my family and planted my roots.

 

I've been a Registered and Licensed Dietitian for over a decade, as well as an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant since 2021. I have spent my career working with pregnant and lactating women, children, adults, and seniors to manage their chronic conditions. I have also worked as a clinical dietitian caring for malnourished, wounded, and critically ill patients in the ICU for 2 years.​ I am passionate about helping people fuel their bodies and motivating them to meet their goals.

 

When I am not working, you can find me reading a book, lifting at the gym, hanging out by the garden, or chasing my two kids around the house. I enjoy a good cup of tea, love a piece (or two) of chocolate, and I like pineapple on my pizza. I have a passion for trying new foods, playing around and experimenting in the kitchen, and am always trying to plan my next beach trip!
