Growing up in sunny South Florida, I've spent my summers with the sun on my face and my toes in the sand. I graduated from Florida International University where I pursued a degree in Nutrition and Dietetics. Shortly after, I moved to the Gulf Coast where I've been able to explore the bountiful natural springs that Florida has to offer.

 

I've been a Registered and Licensed Dietitian for 9 years, as well as an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant for 2 years. I have worked with pregnant and lactating women for 7 years, worked as a geriatric dietitian for 5 years helping the elderly to manage their chronic conditions, and have worked as a clinical dietitian caring for malnourished, wounded, and critically ill patients in the ICU for 2 years.​ I am passionate about helping people fuel their bodies and motivate them to meet their goals.

 

When I am not working, you can find me reading a book, lifting at the gym, or chasing my two kids around the house. I enjoy a good cup of tea, love a piece (or two) of chocolate, and I like pineapple on my pizza. I have a passion for trying new foods, playing around and experimenting in the kitchen, and am always trying to plan my next beach trip!
